Can you custom order a mantel?

Where does the wood for our mantels come from?

We use historic timbers salvaged from old barns, factories, and other vintage structures — most dating back to the early 1800s and early 1900s.

Where are our mantels made?

All mantels are handcrafted at Manomin Resawn Timbers in Hugo, Minnesota.

Are the mantels borated?

Yes, all of our mantels are treated with borate to eliminate bugs and larvae.

Do we install mantels?

We do not offer installation services, but we’re happy to provide an installation guide to help with the process.

Do we ship mantels?

Yes, we ship mantels nationwide. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. For shipping rates and timeframes outside this area, please contact us directly at 651-464-1771.

Can you pick up your mantel in person?

Yes, you are welcome to pick up your mantel in person. Please call our office at 651-464-1771 to schedule a time to pick it up.

Can you come see our mantels in person?

Can you return your mantel?

Yes, mantels may be returned only if they are in the same condition as when purchased. All return requests are subject to approval by the Mr. Mantels team. Please contact us directly for return instructions.

Can you cancel your order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by calling us at 651-464-1771. After this period, cancellations are only possible if the item is returned and goes through the return process, which is subject to approval by the Mr. Mantels team.
